Secretary
A distinguished POSH and workplace diversity trainer, Internal Committee member and CSR professional with 23+ years of domestic and international experience in project management, child protection, women’s rights and human rights. Served as a Member of the Juvenile Justice Board, North 24 Parganas, West Bengal, and was associated with UNICEF as a consultant to the Juvenile Justice Secretariat, Calcutta High Court. Her extensive experience includes working on child rights, women’s rights, workplace diversity, inclusion and community development.

An experienced social development professional with extensive grassroots and programme management experience in the areas of Child Protection, Women’s Human Rights, Transgender Rights and community development. She has worked with national and international development initiatives and has held leadership positions in various ogranization. With postgraduate qualifications in Social History & Work and qualification in UGC-NET, she has dedicated her professional career to social development, advocacy and community empowerment.
